Young Entrepreneurs raising money for charity!

Well done to our enterprising pupils for their brilliant fundraising idea. Grayson, Seamus, William, Charlie, Qasim, Thomas, Daniel, Christopher and AJ filled balloons with either plastic pellets or flour to make stress balls which they sold to pupils and staff for 50p each.
Once they realised the potential they showed great Empathy and Understanding and decided to donate the proceeds to charity and they picked Cancer Research. Several of the group have very close family who they have lost to cancer in the last year or two and it is something dear to all of their hearts.
They called their products ‘Squeezees’ and as is often the case with playground crazes they were much in demand for a week and the boys worked furiously at home to meet pressing production schedules!
Being the holidays it was not possible to assemble the whole ‘Squeezee’ team but some of our boys (and William’s Sister) presented their cheque to Richard at the Cancer Research Shop in Wokingham and told him all about their idea and how they raised the funds at the school.
