Pupils continued to enjoy a wide range of experiences during their ski trip, with activities designed to support progress, confidence and enjoyment on the slopes. Highlights included a high jump competition, themed dressing up and plenty of time skiing in varied conditions.
Pupils were grouped according to experience, allowing beginners to focus on building skills and confidence while more experienced skiers explored blue and red runs, as well as off-piste skiing. Over the course of the trip, beginners made clear progress, skiing higher up the mountain, practising new techniques and tackling new routes.
The group also attended the Women’s World Cup slalom event at Courchevel 1850, providing pupils with the opportunity to watch elite-level skiing in a world-class setting. Evenings offered time to relax and socialise, with hot chocolate, crêpes and sundaes enjoyed after full days on the slopes.
Across the weekend, pupils supported one another, showed resilience and developed their skills with each run. Confident turns, improving technique and fresh mountain air combined to make this a memorable and rewarding ski adventure.
