When children join Holme Grange in the Pre-Prep School, they become part of a family-orientated community where good manners, care for others and kindness are highly valued. We aim to provide our pupils with opportunities to imagine, question and enjoy all that Holme Grange has to offer.
Teaching is both rigorous and fun – the two go hand in hand. We believe children thrive when challenged and stretched, not only through high expectations but also by encouraging them to ask “What if?” and “Why?”
Reception children spend most of their day in “The Hive,” a purpose-built space designed to provide a quieter, more relaxed environment. This allows them to be part of the larger school community while enjoying a setting tailored to their needs. Pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 have the majority of their lessons in classrooms located within the main school building.
