To communicate with our parents we are using a world leading communication platform called My School Portal. This will deliver all the information required all in one place. This system can also be accessed from phones, tablets or desktops.
Where to start?
This will take you through an email exchange to obtain a password once this is established you can also sign on using your Facebook or Google sign on credentials once you have set up your account.
You should then be presented with this HOME screen that details all the information regarding your child/ren.
The Header bar then details the following areas.
You can navigate your way through the sections by clicking on any of the tabs. The different areas and the information contained within each section is detailed below. If however, you do have some questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact the school and we will be more than happy to help and assist you where we can.
My Children Section contains Teacher Contacts / Timetable / Attendance / Reports and Curriculum Maps.
School Information Section contains Events / Sports Results & Fixtures / Documents / Lunch Menu / Newsletters / Galleries / You Tube Videos / News Feed (BBC) External Links (GSG)
The Parent Information Section contains information regarding Event Bookings / Pupil Bookings / Google Classroom / Parent Directory / Parents Evening / Guardian Documents.
The Parent Forms Section contains Absence Request Form / Contact Form / Leave Request Form / Forms
Co – Curricular Section contains all information re Clubs and Activities / Booking Checkout and Bookings.
