The interviews are conducted by members of the armed forces, local business professionals and teachers, providing pupilss with a broad range of perspectives. Each interviewer completes a detailed feedback form, evaluating pupilss’ responses and offering insights on key aspects such as body language, posture and overall presentation.
This process helps pupilss understand what to expect when applying to sixth form colleges or schools while also highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement.
