Holme Grange School in Wokingham, UK has become the latest school, and the 17th to date, to become a host in the Beyond COP21 Symposium series.
Peter Milne, Founder and Director of Target4Green said, “having spent the day there recently, this lovely co-educational day school for children from the age of 3 to 16 is a perfect fit for hosting a Symposium, with excellent facilities, a truly caring and supportive approach to the environment as well as having a very community centered ethos.”
The event takes place on 6th October and a number of inter-related smaller events will happen around the main symposium. Beyond COP21 is the result of world talks on climate change and sustainability and it focuses on mobilising youth and school communities to take action.

Conceived, developed and facilitated by Peter Milne the symposium series was launched January 2016 in Dubai and is continuing to inspire students and teachers in schools across the world via a day of interactive discussions, workshops and an exhibition around the Beyond COP21 & SDGs agendas.
The next one in the series will be at Al-Rayan International School in Accra, Ghana on February 22nd. The event, which is being supported by Eco-Schools Ghana and CHAiNT through workshops, will have 6 schools and 16 local organisations attending, including 350 G ROC, Young Reporters for the Environment and Plastic Punch.
