Holme Grange Charity Week with Thomas Franks Ltd: Surplus to Purpose
In partnership with Thomas Franks, Holme Grange School prepared 1,100 fruit crumbles, using 85% surplus produce that would have otherwise gone to waste. Through this initiative, the Holme Grange School community turned “surplus to purpose,” delivering the crumbles to London charities, including those supporting carers. This project highlights our dedication to sustainability and community impact, transforming food waste into meaningful support for those in need.
