Holme Grange School is delighted to announce a new affiliate partnership with FutureGen Sport, an organisation dedicated to increasing participation in girls’ rugby through schools, clubs and local communities.
The partnership reflects the school’s commitment to providing inclusive sporting opportunities and creating pathways that encourage pupils to develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong enjoyment of sport. By working alongside FutureGen Sport, Holme Grange aims to further strengthen its girls’ rugby provision and develop closer links between school sport and the wider rugby community.
FutureGen Sport works with schools, coaches and local clubs to help more girls access, enjoy and remain involved in rugby, while fostering the personal qualities that participation in team sport can develop.
The partnership has been established through the work of Rebecca Fuller, whose dedication to developing opportunities for girls’ sport has helped bring this exciting initiative to fruition. The school would also like to thank Simon Evans, Founder of FutureGen Sport, for his support and shared commitment to growing opportunities for girls in rugby.
Sport plays a significant role in life at Holme Grange, with pupils encouraged to participate, challenge themselves and discover activities that inspire confidence and enjoyment.
