Senior pupils took part in the Historical Association’s Great Debate at Shiplake College for the first time, exploring local history and wartime stories. Eliana has now progressed to the semi-finals in February, following a strong performance in the initial round.
Participation in events like this helps pupils develop research, public speaking and critical thinking skills.
