This year saw a very success year group open fantastic results. 49% of all the grades were 9 – 7 (A* – A) and placed the school 93rd in the Times Co-Education Independent School list. This was really pleasing as we are a non- selective school and do not take the top 3% of academic pupils. Although as you can see from our results we do exceptionally well with academically bright pupils as well as pupils that need a little more support.
Being one of only 3 schools who are regional hubs for NACE, the organisation that looks at tools and techniques for stretching more able children helps ensure we offer academic stretch.
