Pupils from Tsuda Gakuen took part in a homestay experience with Holme Grange families, providing them with direct exposure to everyday British life. Each pupil stayed with a host family, allowing for a personalised experience that reflected daily routines, family life and local culture.
During their stay, pupils took part in a range of activities including sightseeing, shared meals and family-based activities. These experiences supported cultural exchange and helped pupils develop confidence and communication skills outside the classroom.
The homestay reflects Holme Grange’s commitment to international partnerships and experiential learning. By working closely with our families and partner schools, we continue to provide opportunities that broaden pupils’ understanding of different cultures and perspectives.
