Year 11 Eaton Grange Students had an inspiring Careers Day, expanding their horizons and exploring pathways for the future! This is more than just a day on the calendar—it’s about empowering our students with the skills, confidence, and insights to make informed choices as they prepare for what lies ahead.
Students took part in mock career interviews with staff. They received invaluable feedback on body language, answering skills, and overall presentation, leaving a fantastic impression on the interviewers. Additionally, students worked on crafting CVs and cover letters to build essential application skills and completed Morrisby questionnaires to identify their strengths and consider future academic or career pathways.
