Nine Year 11 pupils travelled to Eton College to attend the African Caribbean Education Network (ACEN) Anti-Racism Conference. The event brought together schools from across the country to share experiences, reflections and best practice in promoting racial inclusion.
Keynote speakers included Lord Simon Woolley, Master of Homerton College and award-winning author and journalist Afua Hirsch. Pupils also heard from a panel of students who spoke openly about their work in anti-racism and their experiences within affinity groups.
