    Previously Deputy Head at Wellington College, Delyth also set up and ran one of the first girls houses there and masterminded their award winning parental masterclass programme. She was a Housemistress at Bromsgrove School prior to this where she also held the position of Director of Extra Curricular. Delyth remains passionate about pastoral care and the individual, especially after having had her own daughter in March 2016. She is a course mentor and tutor for the Boarding Schools’ Association and an ISI inspector. Delyth is also a keen triathlete and cook!

    Having been a teacher, Miles became a Chartered Educational Psychologist and has worked with local authority schools and in the private sector for about 30 years. Additionally, Miles was Director of Research for the UK’s leading educational test publisher. As a practitioner he focussed on the areas of early years and language impairments. He now works as a consultant educational psychologist involved in teacher and educational psychology training.
    Member and Secretary of the Easthampstead Rotary Club and a Trustee of the Wokingham Charitable Fireworks Trust.

    Charles Gillow has been Bursar of Twyford School, a prep school located near Winchester, since January 2015 and was bursar of Bearwood College, Wokingham from 2009 to 2014. Prior to becoming a bursar, Charles worked in the City for 12 years following 16 years’ service in the Royal Air Force. He is married to Stacy, a teacher in a local prep school.
