Harvest Festival at Holme Grange

The Holme Grange School Harvest Festival took place today in the Sports Hall and was a truly family affair attended by pupils, staff, parents and grandparents. Father John Connell from St.Pauls Church Wokingham led the service of thanksgiving.
As ever, the school received a generous amount of food donations which have been distributed to the needy in the local area. Some provisions were also offered for sale and the proceeds are to be forwarded to a charity chosen by the pupils - Majivuni School in Kenya.
Those attending joined staff for refreshments in the Oak Hall at the end of the Service.
