SUMMER 2005

Cogges Farm

Members of Year 1 were all very excited as they set off for Cogges Farm. They had spent several weeks learning about farming in the past and farming today. Cogges Farm was the ideal venue for the children to find out about hand milking and butter making in Victorian times. It was lovely to see them listen and take part in the demonstrations and see the chicks and hens roam around freely. A good day was enjoyed by all!
